SOME LOVE FOR RETRO GAMER MAGAZINE

When I moved house recently, I realised that that I own a lot of issues of Retro Gamer magazine. How many, you ask? I don't know the exact number, but I do know that they look like this:

I've been collecting the magazine for many years, and a been member of the forum for just as long. Seeing as I was forced to rearrange my stash in the move, I thought it would be a great opportunity to revisit these mags, and share some of my favourite covers with you. More interestingly (to me), I could see how often one of my forum entries got printed in the magazine, and hence how famous I am.

And here are my priceless anecdotes that contributed to this library of vintage gaming:

So far, actual fame has eluded me, due to my forum name being flying_delorean81, which doesn't identify my in real life at all. On the other hand, it helps forum-ites deduce my favourite film at the drop of a hat. So there's that.

I love this magazine. The articles and features are really well researched, and the covers can be arranged in a pretty formation like so: 

As long as they keep making retro games, I'll keep reading Retro Gamer :-)
